The Photography Challenge : Sunset

 

Challenge Category: Theme

The sixth of the 52 challenges is to take a photo that relates to the theme of sunset.

 

Challenge Explanation

This challenge is pretty self-explanatory. Your goal for this challenge is to take a photo that illustrates the theme “Sunset”.

This week, photograph anything that reminds you of a sunset. Of course that can be the sunset, but also colors that remind you of one.

My 3 Favorites Entries from the Community

I am choosing the 3 images based on 2 criteria:

  1. How well the image is matching the challenge
  2. The overall quality of the image

 

Feedback on the Selected Images

As we did in Challenge #1, it’s important to study photos. Let’s keep up this habit and do the same for the 3 photos I enjoyed most for this week challenge.

I have always loved photos of insect, and this one is absolutely insane! The focus is spot on, and I love the background. Very cool, I’ll try to take one like this one day!

I love the focus that is being put on the eye of the reindeer, it pulls me in the photo, and I feel like I connect with the animal.

Last favorite of this week Photography Challenge. The black and white works very well here, and the light is amazing. I love how the light catches the fur of the monkey, and I love the soft background.
